Complaints Cum Redressal Committee
The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop an approachable and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
Ragging constitutes one or more of any of the following acts:
1. Mechanism and composition of grievance redressal system
2. A grievance redressal committee will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the Management policy.
3. The report of grievance committee is forwarded to the Principal for further action
4. The corrective measures are taken and recorded.
5. Maintain reports on Actions taken on the complaints registered
6. The complaints made by the students / staff regarding the amenities / facilities are to be brought to the notice of the higher authorities.
7. Maintain a harmonious atmosphere in the campus with a feel of concern and sense of belonging. Issues related to general problems in the campus / hostel is brought to the notice of this committee and to be recorded.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To formulate the policy to investigate and review complaints or grievances of students and faculties.
2. To create awareness of availability of members for students and faculties to report grievances.
3. To investigate the cause of grievances.
4. To ensure effectual solution depending upon the gravity of the complaints.
5. To encourage the students and staff to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
